The Full System

Three Phases, One Month

Do the hard work upfront in a focused weekend, then cruise through the rest of the month with a simple daily routine.

Phase 1 — Research & Create

Step 01 🔎
Research trending niches
Open Insight Factory, browse trending clipart and sort by Sales Signal. Add "Digital Products" as a filter. Check Diana's Monday trend posts too. Save 10–15 ideas in your notes.
💡 Also check what buyers are searching for — spotting a trend before competitors do can make a bestseller!

Step 02 ✨
Create 10–15 clipart sets
Pick one idea at a time. Open your ChatGPT brainstorming bot, brainstorm prompts, go to your AI image tool, create the full collection. Repeat for each idea — same tool the whole time, it's much faster.
⭐ Always save your prompts! Include the tool version. A bestseller today might need a sequel — and you'll want to recreate that style exactly.

Phase 2 — Organise & Polish

Download and organise folders
Go to your AI tool gallery. Select images per collection, download each. Create a main folder (e.g. "Clipart April") with one sub-folder per set — named exactly as it appeared in Insight Factory.
💡 Keeping the folder name the same as the Insight Factory listing title makes your SEO research instant later.

Step 04 ⬆️
Upscale all images in one go
Open each folder in Topaz one by one. Upscale, save, next. Once done, delete the originals — you only need the hi-res files from here on.
💡 Do all 15 sets in a single session. Less than 30 minutes total for the whole batch — super satisfying!

Step 05 🪄
Remove backgrounds
Go folder by folder and remove backgrounds on PhotoRoom. Save transparent PNGs into a new "Transparent" sub-folder inside each set. You can do this from the sofa — it's the most satisfying step!
⚠️ After removing backgrounds, check the file size. If PhotoRoom halved the resolution (e.g. 2000px instead of 4000px), re-run through Topaz to fix size and DPI in one go.

Review and quick fix
Open one "Transparent" folder. Review all images on your computer. Fix any issues in Photopea or Photoshop. Correct any resolution or DPI problems in Topaz.

Step 07 ☁️
Upload to Canva and Google Drive
Upload the clipart to your Canva project folder and to Google Drive. While they upload, switch to Figma to create your listing image. Then grab the Drive link (even mid-upload!) and swap it into your pre-made PDF template in Canva.
💡 The Drive link works before the upload finishes. Don't wait — keep moving and stay in the flow!

Step 08 🖼️
Create listing mockups
In Canva, open your listing image template. Create your thumbnail, swap in the grid image, and optionally add extra mockups with Mockably. Download all listing images.
💡 The thumbnail takes most time. The rest is just swapping pre-made templates — incredibly fast once your Canva is set up properly.

Step 09 🛍️
List on Etsy
Duplicate an existing listing on Etsy. Delete the old images, title, and tags. Upload new images and PDF. Use Insight Factory and the SEO Lab Bot to write a strong title and tags. Then list it!
✅ Duplicating a listing saves huge amounts of time. Description, categories, and shop settings are pre-filled — you only change what's unique to this set.

Just starting out? Start small!
Don't feel you need to create 15 sets right away. Start with 5, and publish one every two days. Once you feel the flow, start scaling up. The system works at any size — what matters is building the habit first. You've got this!
